Case Study: Organizing Entrepreneur Academic
The Business
Lauren is the founder of Entrepreneur Academic, where she blends online course development with business strategy to help entrepreneurs build with intention. She's thoughtful, brilliant, and constantly evolving how she shows up for her clients.
"I've done a lot of personal and professional development. I needed systems that reflect the business I actually have today."
The Challenge
Lauren was working inside ClickUp, Dubsado, and Zapier. The tools were there, but the structure holding them together was in need of attention.
Her ClickUp space had grown unwieldy. Dubsado didn't reflect her current client experience. The tools didn’t talk to each other, and a lot of things that could be running on their own still needed her hands on them.
"I used to spend so much time procrasti-planning and building flowcharts that didn't move anything forward."
The inefficiency was distracting her from the important stuff. So we got to work…
The Work
We started where I always start: figuring out what she actually needs her business to do, then working backward into the tools.
From there, we rebuilt.
📝ClickUp got a full hierarchy revamp. Spaces, statuses, and workflows that support how Lauren actually makes decisions and plans her days, projects, and content (not just based on templates or Youtube tutorials)
⚙️Dubsado got a refresh that matched her current offers and the way she actually talks to her people. New beautifully designed proposals, updated canned emails, and smart automated workflows that do the heavy lifting!
⚡Zapier went to work. Multi-step automations for lead management, onboarding, and even setting up client Google Drive folders with all the templates ready to go.
The whole project stayed collaborative and flexible because that's how Lauren works, and her systems needed to work the same way.
The Result
"I feel significant ease in my work that wasn't there six months ago. Business feels more fun. I'm spending less time stuck in tools and more time doing work that matters."
More ease. More fun. More space to do the work that actually matters. We’ll call that a win! 💛
