Mapping & Strategy
We start with a 90-minute session to get everything out of your head and onto paper. Every step in your process from leads, to projects, to offboarding clients, and every piece in between. We’ll work through bottlenecks and design solutions that keep things moving forward. Think: more templates, more automations, and less manual work getting left behind.
Design & Build
Once we have our plan, my team and I get to work! We’ll design your new templates, tasks, lists, forms, and automations, then thoroughly test everything before hand-off.Finally, I’ll record detailed walkthrough videos and create an SOP guide for you and the team, making it easy to adopt and use your shiny new system.
Adoption & Support
Adopting a new process is rarely linear. You’ll probably have questions and need things to be adjusted and fine tuned.For 8 weeks after hand-off, I'm here to support you and the team. Then, at the end of our time together, we'll meet for 60 minutes to make sure everything is running like a well oiled machine before signing off. 🫡
