Refund Policy

Any purchases made are final sale and no refunds will be offered.

Charge Back Policy

User understands and agrees that in the event the User initiates a charge-back and/or merchant dispute with their issuing bank for the services/products they have received and in fact owe payment for, and the User is successful in recovering the disputed funds that would otherwise be owed to Rachael Mueller, LLC, Rachael Mueller, LLC will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that the User did receive any and all services, including this policy.

Further, Rachael Mueller, LLC reserves the right to issue an invoice to User for any and all services that Rachael Mueller, LLC has completed and delivered to User, or any events/workshops User has attended (both virtually and in person).  User hereby agrees to pay the invoice in full in the event that a charge-back dispute is initiated. Should User fail to make appropriate payment, Rachael Mueller, LLC shall pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies available by law, governed under the state of Oregon, Multnomah County, USA.
